Year-Long School District Partnership A long-term partnership designed to support schools, parents, students, and staff through workshops, youth mentorship, parent engagement, and community-building sessions.
About Adrian J. Hunt
Adrian J. Hunt is a dedicated father of two, youth mentor, and community advocate committed to empowering young people and strengthening his community. Since 1999, Adrian has served as a mentor, helping youth build confidence, character, discipline, and a strong sense of purpose.
His experience includes organizing youth programs, serving as one of the three directors of the Las Vegas Police Activity League, and previously serving as Lead Advisor for the LVMPD DREAM Mentorship Program. Adrian also serves as an advisor for Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.’s youth affiliate program, the Las Vegas Sigma Beta Club, where he mentors young men through leadership, service, education, and accountability.
In addition, Adrian serves on the board of the Nevada Youth Network, continuing his work to support youth and families throughout the community. His dedication has earned him several honors, including the LVMPD Community Service Award and the Excellence in Mentoring Award.
Through mentorship, leadership, and consistent community service, Adrian remains committed to creating opportunities, building bridges, and inspiring the next generation to lead with integrity, purpose, and compassion.
Accomplishments and Rewards
- Developed a two-fold Lesson Plan to instruct Law Enforcement officers to understand Hip Hop Culture, and for the Hip Hop Culture to understand Law Enforcement.
- Organized and coordinated community activities for youth auxiliary groups of various programs and events.
